The facility contains 29 pre-operative & 38 recovery stations as well as 10 extended stay rooms and 17 OR's and is designed to accommodate total joint surgery.

The design includes a dramatic two-story entry lobby, a drive-under canopy and covered entry, as well as Practice Suites for Internal Medicine and Obstetrics and Ancillary Suites for an Ambulatory Surgery Center, Pharmacy, Imaging, Emergency Department, and Physical Therapy/Sports Training.

The facility includes Practice suites for General Opthalmology, Cornea, Glaucoma, Retina, & Laser Vision Correction. As well as a 21,505 SF Ambulatory Service Center including 8 Operating Rooms and a Laser Room. Marasco & Associates provided Programming, Schematic Design and Design Development services for the ASC, the building core and shell, and other building tenants.

Marasco & Associates designed the tenant space on three floors within a new Medical Office Building located on the Baylor College of Medicine Campus. The first floor includes a 14,565 SF 5 Operating room Ambulatory Surgery Center. The second & third floors consist of 52,514 combined SF of Ophthalmic Practice Area.

Marasco & Associates provided design services for a new 63,200 SF single-story medical office building. The design includes Practice Suites for Internal Medicine, Urology, ENT, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, and OB/GYN. As well as Ancillary Suites for Imaging, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, and Lab.
RENAISSANCE SURGERY CENTER
Oshkosh, WI

Marasco & Associates designed this 23,410 SF facility in 2006. The building includes a 9,700 SF 2 O.R. Ambulatory Surgery Center on the first floor and 8,777 SF of practice area on the second floor. The building has a domed atrium, garage area for the physicians and a basement which includes storage and conference area.
STEAMBOAT ORTHOPAEDIC & SPINE INSTITUTE

Marasco & Associates provided the schematic design, design development, construction document & construction administration services for this 27,492 USF project. The design involved the remodel, both inside and out, of an old Sports Authority building. The facility contains 10,120 SF of clinic, 7,624 SF for a 2 operating room ASC, 1,359 SF for an MRI suite and 8,389 SF of business and support services. The project was completed in July, 2020.
