Marasco & Associates provided the schematic design and design development services for this tenant improvement, design-bid-build, 60,622 SF facility. The facility contains 29 pre-operative & 38 recovery stations as well as 10 extended stay rooms and 17 OR's and is designed to accommodate total joint surgery.
