Marasco & Associates provided feasibility studies, space programming, site design, schematic design, and design development for this two-story, 60,000 SF medical office building in Richmond, TX. The design includes a dramatic two-story entry lobby, a drive-under canopy and covered entry, as well as Practice Suites for Internal Medicine and Obstetrics and Ancillary Suites for an Ambulatory Surgery Center, Pharmacy, Imaging, Emergency Department, and Physical Therapy/Sports Training.
