Marasco & Associates provided the schematic design, design development, construction document & construction administration services for this 27,492 USF project. The design involved the remodel, both inside and out, of an old Sports Authority building. The facility contains 10,120 SF of clinic, 7,624 SF for a 2 operating room ASC, 1,359 SF for an MRI suite and 8,389 SF of business and support services. The project was completed in July, 2020.
