Marasco & Associates designed this 23,410 SF facility in 2006. The building includes a 9,700 SF 2 O.R. Ambulatory Surgery Center on the first floor and 8,777 SF of practice area on the second floor. The building has a domed atrium, garage area for the physicians and a basement which includes storage and conference area.
